Vertex Modelling specialise in creating the most accurate and detailed architectural 3D models. We use only the best sources of information to create 3D models using advanced remote sensing technology, which means we can model at a much higher level of accuracy and capture more detail than the rest.
We tailor our models to suit your needs, from small development sites to large wide area city models. We have had building spot heights on our models confirmed by full surveys to be as accurate as 40mm. Utilising the latest technology we can rapidly create accurate 3D models meeting the strictest deadlines.
Models are supplied in a format of your choice; however as standard we create them as solids, giving you the capability to add façade detail, proposed extensions or slice them any way you wish.
Once we have created the context model we offer the option for clients to ‘drop in’ their proposed schemes and view them in a virtual environment where you can ‘fly through’ the model to view your scheme from any angle you like adding another dimension to the design process.
