Wide Area Models
All of our models are for sale, the price of models varies depending on the level of detail and the area of model required. Primarily we create and sell digital 3D models of the built environment that can be used in all standard CAD and render software packages.
The four main levels of model detail we supply are outlined below.
Level One.
£1000 per km sq
Low level detail.
Basic building shapes only.
Suitable for indicative massing.
Level one models cannot be upgraded.
Level Two.
£3000 per km sq
Medium level detail.
Buildings captured with all major roof detail.
Terrain model includes road layouts and some land use separation.
Level two models can be upgraded to level 3.
Level Three.
£3500 per km sq
High level detail.
Buidlings captured with all major roof detail and other roof structures.
Terrain model includes roads, pavements and land use separation, including green spaces, tracks, paths and man made surfaces.
Level Four.
Pricing available on request
Custom models; High level detail.
Level four models are derived from level three models, these include facade details.
All models are tailored to client requirements.

2 Next we need to know what the extents of the model you require are.
We use Sketch Map a free and easy to use tool that allows you to mark up Google maps or aerial imagery.
Simply draw on the area you require, copy the map URL by clicking on link button in a top right corner & paste to Marked Area URL field
3 Finally we need to know what format and level of detail model you require. Click Here for more information about the types of model we create.
4 Once we have recieved all of the relevant information one of our team will contact you with a quote outlining the cost to create your model and an estimated delivery time. If we have the model ‘pre-built’ this can be within hours. However we can normally produce a 0.1 km sq model within 3 – 5 working days.
