Vertex Modelling specialise in creating the most accurate and detailed architectural 3D models. We use only the best sources of information to create 3D models using advanced remote sensing technology, which means we can model at a much higher level of accuracy and capture more detail than the rest.
We tailor our models to suit your needs, from small development sites to large wide area city models. 3D models captured from our London imagery are accurate to within 15 cms in the x,y and z axis, however we have had building spot heights on our models confirmed by full surveys to be as accurate as 40mm. Our models are supplied as standard in a solid CAD format not 3D faces, this allows façade features such as window and door detail to be simply added. Models can be sliced into floors or extensions added with speed and simplicity. We also offer custom photogrammetric surveys, if you need to know the exact location of traffic light or railway signals, no problem, we can supply an accurate terrain model with these specific features added.
